Appliance Repair Cancellation PolicyAt Northfix Appliance

 

We understand that circumstances may change and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To maintain our high standard of service and efficiency for all our clients, we have established the following policy:

 

1. Notice PeriodIf you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 3 hours' notice prior to your scheduled time slot.

 

2. How to Cancel (Contact us via Phone, SMS, or Email)To ensure your cancellation is officially timestamped and received, please use one of the following methods. Please note that we do not accept or monitor voice messages.Text Message (SMS): Send your name and appointment details to 647-625-4346.Email: Send your cancellation or rescheduling request to northfixappliance@gmail.com.

 

3. Cancellation FeesIf the required 3-hour notice is not provided, or if our technician arrives at the location and is unable to gain access (No-Show), a Service Call Charge of $50 + tax will be applied.

 

4. Terms of Payment for any applicable cancellation fees must be settled within 24 hours of the original appointment time. Failure to settle outstanding fees may result in the suspension of future services or further collection actions.
